General booking conditions and practical information
Reservation
- Contact us for more information: Check availability and conditions before booking.
- Deposit: A deposit of €100 is required to confirm the booking, payable via :
- The booking button on our website.
- Exclusivity: Once confirmed, the vehicle is reserved exclusively for you, at no extra cost.
- Support: If you have any questions, please contact us via WhatsApp or e-mail.
Cancellation
- Free cancellation: Up to 3 weeks before arrival, full refund.
- Late cancellation: Within 3 weeks of arrival, €100 charge.
- No-shows: No refunds.
- Refund times: Refunds are made within 10 working days to the original payment method.
Modifications
- Subject to availability, they may incur additional charges. Please contact us promptly if you have any queries.
Exceptions
- Some special offers are non-refundable. Please check specific conditions at time of booking.
Vehicle delivery and return conditions
- Location: Vehicles must be picked up and returned to our office in Bishkek, Kok-Zhar village, st. Madieva 47/2.
- Areas covered: Rentals available throughout Kyrgyzstan.
- Return: In the event of a problem, please contact us before the planned return date.
Payment policy and security
- Payment methods: Deposit, Credit card payment only. Cash rental possible.
- Transaction security: Protected by PCI DSS-compliant SSL/TLS protocols.
Privacy policy
- Data collection: No cookies or unnecessary data collection.
- Customer rights: You can request the deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
- Confidentiality: The data collected is used solely to process reservations and is never shared with third parties, unless required by law.
Cancellations and refunds
- Procedure: All cancellation requests must be sent via WhatsApp (+996 707 20 59 88) or e-mail (aydowkyrgyzstan@gmail.com).
- Non-refundability of deposits: Advance payments are non-refundable.
- Processing time: Refund requests are processed within 7 working days. Bank processing times vary between 5 and 30 working days depending on the bank.
Currencies and price display
- All transactions and prices are expressed in Euro (EUR).
- Prices include all applicable fees. No additional charges are added.
